A performance based on Margaret Raspé, with Clara Bausch
“Plucking wool with bells attached to the fingers … cleaning, loosening wool, generating sounds of the working rhythm through hand movements.” The artist Clara Bausch presents her interpretation of the performance Glocken – Wolle (1986) following the score by Margaret Raspé (1933–2023). In her camera-helmet films, installations, poems, and performances, Raspé engaged with repetitive and automated hand movements, particularly in connection with female-coded labour.

Vibrancy, laughter, wonder, discovery: a museum that activates the senses and brings art to the viewer. Located on the banks of the Rhine, the Museum Tinguely was designed by the Ticino architect Mario Botta and opened in 1996. It houses the largest collection of works by Jean Tinguely (1925-1991), one of the most innovative and important Swiss artists of the 20th century. With his kinetic works, he was one of the most important pioneers of art after 1950.
