Infopoints

Just drop by! In front of kHaus on Unterer Rheinweg you can get information about the Kunsttage and the programme of the institutions every day during opening hours. In case of bad weather, the meeting point is set back inside the kHaus, but still on the Rhine side. The walther bistrobar & buvette serves cool drinks and invites you to linger. In kHaus, you'll also find public, wheelchair-accessible restrooms. They are located in the basement and are directly accessible from the Rhine side.

Another infopoint is located right next to the SBB railway station at the Kunstforum Baloise Park and is the ideal starting point for your visit to Kunsttage.

The Kunsttage Plaza is all about permeability. Explore Jacqueline Loekito’s designs and take part in the exciting workshops organised by Hybrid Project Space and Art Lab. Selected art films will be screened in the cinema, free drinks will be available at the Ladder Bar, and Radio X will be conducting live interviews on site. There will also be a daily creative corner with arts and craft for children.

On the Go & Directions

The Kunsttage Basel take place throughout the entire city area. The institutions are easily accessible by public transport, ferry, or bicycle. Take advantage of the Velospot public bike hire system and benefit from a discount on your journey during the Kunsttage with the code KUNSTBASEL.

We recommend that guests with mobility limitations filter the institutions regarding accessibility. The information about wheelchair accessibility only refers to exhibition spaces (not necessarily to restrooms).
