Nomad's Colour Study No 1 // Dill-isch-es

Nomad's Colour Study No 1: Inspired by the colour worlds of Kunsttage, this dish combines fine nuances of freshness, acidity and lightness. Sea bass, pickled beetroot-radish and leek-spinach come together in a summery composition with a surprising finish.

The colour worlds of Kunsttage are also reflected in this cocktail. Cranberry, lime and maple syrup combine with gin and dill in a multi-layered composition that impresses with subtle colour tones and a harmonious interplay of flavours.

Drink and dish (Nomad's Colour Study No 1) pair perfectly together, but can also be enjoyed separately.

Porrum: Erdbeere Matcha // Porrum: Sanddorn 0.0

Sanddorn 0.0 (Sea Buckthorn 0.0): A refreshing drink with Aperol 0.0, sea buckthorn, verjus and cranberry juice – the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
