Exhibition Opening and Breakfast with the artist Sara Grütter
For the “AFTERCARE” exhibition, Sara Grütter is working with her extensive collection of drawings. The drawings are many things: Memorabilia, sketches of ideas, drawing exercises, products of boredom and catalysts for various feelings. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in a moving space of sharing into the multi-layered, intimate world of the artist's drawings. Sara Grütter sees the reflection, organisation and visualisation of her works as an act of care.

The art space PERIPHERIE 8 is located on the top floor of a residential building on the outskirts of Basel. PERIPHERIE 8 is an independent off-space. The art room is open for artistic experiments and has the motto: experimental, poetic, performative. The space is open for collaboration, exchange and mediation. The focus is on the diversity of different media.
