«Culinary Infrastructures» - Talks

Food connects: it creates spaces for encounter, memory and exchange. The talks explore cooking and food practices as social, cultural and artistic practices. They address questions of belonging, care, migration, sustainability and the possibilities that emerge around the table — as a place for dialogue, collaboration and experimentation.

Talk I: Geschmackserinnerungen: Essen als Verbindung (in German)

Cooking creates connections between people, generations and cultures. This talk explores migrant and post-migrant perspectives on food, memory and belonging, asking how shared cooking can open spaces for exchange, collective experiences and new forms of community.
