Food connects: it creates spaces for encounter, memory and exchange. The talks explore cooking and food practices as social, cultural and artistic practices. They address questions of belonging, care, migration, sustainability and the possibilities that emerge around the table — as a place for dialogue, collaboration and experimentation.

Talk III: Der Tisch als Experimentierraum (in German)

This talk explores the relationship between food practices and art as spaces of experimentation, exchange and social connection. It focuses on questions of materiality, sustainability, resources and responsibility, and considers the role of food as an artistic and social practice.
